Additional Requirements

Receive indent and sample from factory, then collect quotation from different suppliers.
Make CS for approval from top management.
Prepare work order of all factory unit in ERP.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
Analyze and monitor supply chain performance metrics, such as cost, quality, and delivery, to identify areas of improvement·
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods and services·
Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable supply of materials and services·
Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and increase efficiency in the supply chain·
Design and implement systems to track and monitor inventory levels
Manage and coordinate the activities of the supply chain team, including setting goals and objectives Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
Maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records·
Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports Prepare Monthly stock report in ERP and purchase analyses report.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of supply chain

Leadership and team management skill.
