Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Executive, Production to ensure smooth and efficient production operations while maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, machine utilization, quality control, and supervising shift activities to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth production of qualified products to meet targets.
• Plan and monitor production schedules as per targets.
• Optimize machine utilization and ensure proper functioning.
• Monitor production processes, parameters, materials, and surroundings.
• Maintain quality control standards throughout the production process.
• Distribute tasks within the team and manage shift operations effectively.
• Prepare and submit daily production reports to the Production Manager.
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Keep accurate records of employee attendance and hours worked.
• Report machine or plant breakdowns to the Maintenance Department.
• Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.
