Responsibilities & Context
Context:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Executive – Production to oversee the daily operations of our Biscuit, Cookies, Toast, and Cake production line. The ideal candidate will manage manpower efficiently, develop production plans, monitor quality standards, and drive cost-effectiveness to enhance profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily Man Power setup as per production target Minimum use of optimal manpower
- To prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans and production Report
- Good Knowledge of Biscuit Cookies. Toast and Cake Production
- Reduce COGS value to increase profitability
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimum results
- Assist HOD to ensure continuous development of production process to increase productivity
- Responsible for product quality and on-time delivery Supervise production
- Supervisor and operators to reduce wastage
- Identify daily production problems and solve them immediately for a smooth production system
