Responsibilities & Context
- Daily production supervise & directs plant operations.
- Maintain manpower & materials for proper running of productions as per GMP/SOP.
- Do coordination & communication with the job related manpower as per production planning.
- Ensure receiving of the RM & PM from the store for smooth production.
- Minimize loss at different stage of production process and ensure higher productivity of the production.
- Ensure the proper return and raise supplementary requisition with proper justification.
- Reconciliation of production batches.
- Solve all problems during a shift and give direction and supervise the works.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
