Additional Requirements

Monitor & direct movements towards fabric department to meet daily production target in sewing section
Verify line lay out of individual style and adjustment through balancing of skilled workers
Make sure the production capacity, quality and timing buyer wise
Fully responsible from fabric to shipment
Ensure sewing production through in charge, supervisor and others
Communicate and follow up with merchandising, planning, IE, store, cutting, Maintenance, sewing, finishing and packing
Initiative with machine maintenance team to get most suitable support from them
Well conversant of understanding technical files, PP comments, implementation in working place
Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind if rejection, alteration, over production and extra hour work
Establish effective communication with sewing and cutting manager to fulfill the order quantity and avoid any short shipment PO wise fabric, cutting, sewing, finishing and shipment
Execute the plans and reach the target set by the company
