- Must have working experience in mobile phone manufacturing factory.
- Well known about SKD & CKD raw material and Production process.
- Able to reduce production fault & increase production quantity.
- Analyze and maintain the SOP for the production.
- Ability to handle manpower efficiently.
- Well Known about lean manufacturing method and able to apply in production.
- Strong Knowledge of Repair Process.
- Good Knowledge of People Handling.
- Have to Good Communication Skill.
