Additional Requirements

Responsible for planning, scheduling and control of all production activities.
To preparation of daily/monthly production reports.
To monitor that GMP, cGMP & safety guidelines in all levels of production are strictly followed.
Responsible to coordinate with planning Manager & Store In-Charge for production.
Planning according to the sales forecast and timely delivery of product.
Ensuring that all products are produced and stored according to the appropriated documentation in order to obtain the required quality.
To control and reduce WIP.
Planning for the employment of personnel and equipment for processing of required production volumes.
Seeking continuous improvements of productivity, working environment and awareness of responsibility of production personnel.
Development and maintenance of high technical and mental skills of the production personnel.
Best possible utilization of personnel production equipments and materials.
Ensuring calibration of all production equipments.
Ensuring complete and pertinent documentation production records etc.
To ensure that the production records are evaluated and signed by an authorized Person before they are sent to the Quality Assurance Department.
To ensure that the required initial and continuing training of departmental personnel is carried out and adapted according to need.
To perform any other job assigned by the reporting authority.
