Responsibilities & Context

Job Context: To oversee, coordinate and ensure the timely and quality execution of civil and project works and fit-outs for diagnostic centers and model pharmacies. The role ensures that construction and renovation activities are carried out as per design, safety, compliance and operational requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site civil and interior works for new diagnostic centers and pharmacies.
• Ensure execution of civil and maintenance works (plastering, tiling, plumbing, masonry, false ceiling, etc.) as per approved drawings and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, contractors and vendors for seamless execution.Conduct site visits for feasibility studies, measurement and BOQ preparation.
• Assist in evaluating site readiness and infrastructure suitability for diagnostic centers and pharmacies.
• Suggest civil layout modifications as per functional requirements of diagnostic centers and pharmacies.
• Liaise with civil and interior contractors, track work progress and report discrepancies.
• Validate and verify contractor bills against actual site progress.Maintain site logs, progress reports, material reconciliation and handover documents.
• Support renovation/up-gradation work of existing diagnostic centers and pharmacies.
