International Trimming & Labels (ITL) Group is a UK based Multinational company and manufacturer of garments accessory. ITL Group has global operations in 15 countries over 35 years of experience. International Trimming & Labels Bangladesh Private Limited (ITL-BD) is a sister concern of ITL group. And it is operating in Bangladesh since 2015. It is manufacturer and exporter of garments Tags, care labels etc.
ITL-BD is seeking young, talented and aspiring candidate who is a team player and multitasker and would like to join our team and meaningfully contribute to accelerate business development and reach the organization’s goal.
Position Summary:
Design and press proofreaders act an important role in ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency of content in various design and press materials. This person will review a wide range of materials including but not limited to care labels, heat transfer labels, brochures, manuals, and press releases. The proofreader will collaborate closely with the design and press teams to maintain high-quality standards and deliver error-free content to clients.
Job Description / Responsibility:
- Experience in Reviewing and correcting spelling, grammar, punctuation and syntax errors in all design and press materials.
- Ensure consistency of tone, style and messaging across different materials.
- Conduct thorough checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Check the accuracy of images, captions, charts and other visual elements.
- Work closely with design and prepress teams to understand project requirements and expectations. Experience with design and press workflows.
- Provide timely feedback to designers and writers to facilitate revisions.
- Ensure all content aligns with established style guides, both internal and client-specific.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Able to adopt to evolving project requirements.
- Clearly communicate feedback and corrections to team members in a constructive and professional manner.
- Conduct research to verify information, statistics and industry-specific terminology.
- Any other work assigned by the Team Leader and HOD.
