Job Context
We are looking for some sharp honest, dedicated, responsible energetic Purchase executive for our
office.
Job Responsibilities:
Collect quotation from various vendors and suppliers.
He will be responsible for sourcing, procurement accessories.
To prepare/ Issue purchase order and strong follow up with the supplier for on time delivery of goods.
To maintain liaison with the various department in respect of requisition follow up and feedback of the delivery goods.
Create, develop and manage new vendor relationships.
Based on requisition collect quotation / offer from vendor (local), do initial negotiation, prepare comparison statement, prepare presentation for management Approval.
