Garments

Control and ensure the quality of dry process as per customer requirements.
To follow up and maintain the exact quality passing based on the standard of dry section.
To find out the problem of the various problems and rectify with the discussion of department head.
To follow up on the proper SOP of all processes of dry.
To provide the proper instruction when it is the new style.
To prepare the quality plan for both shifts and manage to achieve that.
To keep ready the team to achieve the ultimate stratification of Buyer.
Identify quality issues and analyze complex problem recommend implement preventive and corrective action plan.
Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training need and career development.
To implement and sustain the Quality Management System in the dry process section.
