- Experienced in Blazer & Bottom item is must.
- Must have clear knowledge about sewing layout as well as technical leadership abilities.
- Must have proper & general knowledge of instant troubleshooting, as well as experience in transparent reporting to superior & get instruction based on the situation.
- Have moderate knowledge about common stitching machinery components & appropriate using methods.
- Good knowledge/ awareness of Quality control policy & compliance terms.
Responsibilities & Context
- Make sure quality of garments at pre-production.
- Arrange size set and pilot run garments for PP Meeting.
- Arrange pilot run for buyer meeting.
- Make sample as per Buyer approved sample.
- Attend on PP meeting and need to get understand all Buyer requirements through discussion and reached out those to production team & self-team also.
