Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join Quality Control (QC) Department as an Executive.

Routine/Regular Job:

• RM, PM testing and report preparation.
• Ensure proper RM dispensing and production Process maintenance as per BMR.
• Test intermediate and bulk products, semi-finished products and finished products.
• Perform IPQC during production to ensure standard process and standard quality products.
• Conduct laboratory-related various activities-Reagents and stock solution preparation, standardization and instrument calibration etc.
• Retention sample collection and random checking.
• Inform non-conformity matters to relevant departments-PD, QC and Production.

Non-routine/Periodical Job:

• Cooperate to generate quality-related documents-IPQC sheet, specification and test procedures.
• Coordinate establishing SOPs.
• Assist in reviewing and investing external and internal complaints regarding product quality and other aspects.
