Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executives to oversee and maintain quality standards across all production stages. The role involves supervising QA parameters, conducting product testing, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement in product quality. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our products and processes to meet both company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and maintain QA parameters in line with company quality system requirements, including incoming materials, in-process checks, and finished products.
• Test finished products and returned products from customers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Oversee lead casting, pasting, pack calibration quality, and finished goods inspections.
• Conduct calibrations in accordance with BSTI requirements.
• Perform daily inspections and tests necessary to achieve the desired product quality.
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely and meaningful feedback.
• Ensure the quality of work and workmanship in all production activities.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with the company’s Health, Safety, and Environment Management System.
• Assure acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship throughout production.
• Monitor and ensure proper packaging of finished goods and conduct pre-dispatch inspections.
• Ensure smooth operation of High Rate Discharge testing processes.
