Responsibilities & Context
- Conducting quality risk assessments.
- Conducting internal audits (Quality Audit and Technical Audit).
- Certified for Self-Inspection by any buyer (Like, Decathlon).
- Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset timeframe.
- Capable of measuring & control of quality products as per buyer requirements,
- Responsible for inspecting and testing products at various stages in the production process.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate the quality of products.
- Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Ensure that raw materials, components, and finished products meet quality specifications.
- Perform regular audits of production processes and products.
- Identify and investigate quality issues or defects.
- Collaborate with production teams to develop and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
- Implement improvements based on customer feedback.
- Train production staff on quality standards and practices.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management.
