- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
- B. Pharm/ M. Pharm or related field from top tier university.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
Additional Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred, however freshers with strong potential are also welcomed.
- Working in DMS software (Document Management System) will get preference.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, GLP, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning following GxP and process improvement.
Responsibilities & Context
Healthcare Life Science Limited is one of the largest and prestigious concerns of Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Limited. It is a 160,600 sqm green pharmaceutical industrial high-tech park with multi-block approach in National Special Economic Zone, Mirsharai, Chattogram with a mission to serve the people with quality & specialty medicines across the world. We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated individuals for the following positions in Healthcare Life Science Ltd.
Job responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, issue, and control of GMP documents complying with international and local regulatory guidelines.
- Management of document index coordinating with other departments to ensure timely preparation, review, and revision of documents.
- Maintain quality documents life cycle including document numbering, distribution, retrieval, archival, destruction and document retention.
- Support audits and regulatory inspections by providing required documentation promptly and also ensure timely implementation of audit observations related to documentation.
- Maintain both soft copy and hard copy of quality documents like validation, calibration, equipment qualification, training etc.
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
