Ensure Trims & accessories are ok for production
Follow-up accessories checking & its Report.
Highlighting to management & supplier any deviation on accessories and best solution
Follow-up fabric testing Procedure as per buyer standard
If any doubt or need any information should be clarify from Merchandiser.
Ensure Report accuracy.
Follow-up fabric relaxing Procedure as per buyer standard.
Ensure Report accuracy.
Follow up Fabric Inspection area
Fabric receive from inventory (fabric quantity as per buyer standard)
Ensure the fabric inspection is running as per required inspection system
Follow-up the defect area is being marked with point wise sticker
Ensure Shade check as per approved swatch
Follow-up GSM check as per standard and report accuracy
Ensure the Fabric shrinkage test is going under a standard procedure
If any doubt or need any information should be clarify from /QA Manager/concern person.
Communicate with merchandise and suppliers to get proper solution
Suppliers performance evaluation and report management
Able to handle daily 15 ton fabric inspection
