Requirements
Education
MBA/ Masters in any discipline from any reputed public or private university.
Training/ Trade Course: Any certification in Garments Technology/ Textile Engineering/ Industrial Engineering will be preferred.
Educational qualification may be relaxed in case of really experienced candidate
Experience
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tannery/Footwear

The incumbent should be dynamic and have good communication skill.
Self-motivated, responsible and goal oriented.
Should have good skill on report writing and presentation.
Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
Strong communication abilities in Bangla and English both oral and written.
Computer literacy especially in office packages is must.
Should have modern system adaptability & creativity.
Should have honesty & integrity, positive and flexible attitude.
Responsibilities & Context
Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the Shoe.·
Make Q.C inspection plan with production and material department.·
Responsible for quality assurance/ quality control in the factory.
Facilitate proactive solution by collecting and analyzing data.·
Setting Q.A team and ensuring that targets are achieved.·
Able to work in cross-functional environment.·
Managing a team of people and is able to train and develop associates.·
To provide technical solutions and trouble shootings to production team.·
Propose/ implement strategic improvements in quality process.
Prepare different reports and submit to the superior(s).·
Have to perform other duties & responsibilities as when assigned by the superior(s).
