Job Description / Responsibility
- Ensure final inspection and determine a corrective action planning for problematic fabrics / garments by checking quality reports and send back for reprocessing to dyeing and finishing if required in discussion with the supervisor
- Review buyer tolerance % and carry out on-time quality assessment measures through 4-point system to ensure customer satisfaction
- Study quality manuals / upcoming new style and ensure online and offline quality parameters
- Supervisors and Quality controllers to meet on-time quality assessment targets
- Implement Quality policy and SOPs through team
- Identify defects, analyze root cause and take corrective action plan
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Skills Required: Washing quality
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Washing Factory
Additional Requirements
- Knowledge about Fabric types and characteristics, washing technique, chemical, quality standards and operation process
- Ability to supervise a team
- Analytical skill
