Additional Requirements

Wastage Management:
- Collect and receive wastage data from different plants.
- Maintain proper documentation for wastage issuance and sales transactions.
- Ensure proper storage and disposal of non-saleable wastage following company policies.
Oracle System data entry & management:
- Post wastage transaction into the oracle system accurately.
- update and maintain records related to wastage sales and issuance.
- Verify data consistency between physical records and system entries.
Reporting & Audit compliance:
- Assist in the preparation of audit reports related to wastage management.
- Ensure all records are maintained as per ISO and company audit standards.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and data.
Coordination & Communication:
- Work closely with plant teams, finance and audit department to ensure proper documentation and approvals.
- Coordinate with vendors/ buyers for wastage sales and maintain transaction records.
- Communicate any system related issues to the IT and Oracle support teams for resolution.
