Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective sales strategies
Greet and assist customers in the showroom with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, pricing, and promotions to internal and external customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Prepare and present regular sales reports for management review
Ensure the showroom maintains a clean, organized, and professional appearance
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless sales operations
Collaborate with the marketing and supply chain teams to support promotions and product availability
Participate in daily and monthly sales meetings to plan and track performance goals
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
Conduct monthly customer visits and follow up to strengthen business relationships
Maintain and update the customer database and profiles regularly for accurate record-keeping.
