Responsibilities & Context

• Responsible for achieving sales targets in accordance with the sales plan.
• Forecast sales requirements and analyze variances.
• Initiate corrective actions to address deviations from sales goals.
• Provide advice and information about products and services.
• Ensure a high level of customer attendance and satisfaction in the showroom.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities within the corporate market.
• Collaborate with the sales team to expand our client base.
• Prepare daily sales vs. achievement reports for review by the manager.
• Participate in daily and monthly sales meetings to discuss strategies and goals.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales team members to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer service.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed to support sales initiatives.
• Maintain and update the client database and profiles regularly.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information is available for sales and marketing efforts
