Responsibilities & Context

As a Retail Executive at Al Haramain Perfumes Bangladesh, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth retail operations. The role requires expertise in sales data reporting, strong communication skills, and the ability to enhance customer engagement in a luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting products.
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide insights on customer trends.
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
• Train and guide retail staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure stock availability.
• Implement promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities.
• Outlet visit and product merchandising.
