Additional Requirements

Preference will be given candidate from Chattogram Division.
Working experience in any reputed cement manufacturing company under Transport department is preferred.

Ensure that loaded vehicles are dispatched to the unloading point in a timely manner for successful delivery to the customer.
Monitor and maintain daily movement of all company-owned trucks assigned for cement delivery.
Prepare truck movement schedules in alignment with cement delivery orders.
Ensure fuel adjustments are accurately made based on kilometers traveled.
Strive for maximum utilization of the trucks within the fleet.
Handle all legal documentation and record-keeping related to truck operations.
Monitor the overall cement transportation process using company-owned trucks.
Ensure on-time departure and delivery, and closely monitor the movement and activities of drivers.
Prepare daily operational reports for the company’s truck fleet.
Maintain effective coordination with drivers and helpers regarding required documents and relevant operational information.
Track truck movement using the Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) for external vehicle monitoring.
Respond to customer calls and provide updates regarding the current status of their deliveries or orders.
