Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or related fields.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
Knowledge of real estate markets and trends is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities & Context
Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients for our real estate products (Plots/Flats etc.)
Conduct property presentations, site visits and product demos to prospective buyers.
Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and developers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate terms, prices and contracts with clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Keep up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
Assist in the marketing and promotional efforts for the real estate products.
Any other task assigned be the Departmental Head/Management.
