Responsibilities & Context

HOME PRO, the leading import oriented furniture brand in Bangladesh, is looking for smart and career oriented enthusiastic individual (fresher/experienced) for Retail/Corporate Channels. Create new customer (Retail/Corporate).
Keep communication with customers through physical visit, telephone or emails.
Explain product features, characteristics and quality to the customers.
Achieve assigned sales & collection target (monthly & yearly).
Process customer order and prepare quotation if required.
Keep record of daily sales and prepare relevant report for supervisor.
Run assigned operation as per Company .
Ensure highest level of customer care through customer service.
Ensure timely product delivery and setting at customer point through distribution channel.
Others- as per business need.
