Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Keep up-to-date with the latest market trends and competitor activities.
Participate in promotional activities and trade shows to network with potential customers.
Develop and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
Address customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers.
Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales data.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and performance.
Participate in educational opportunities to improve knowledge and skills.
