Requirements

Education

Experience

Responsibilities & Context

  • Daily distributor sales report entry on ERP System.
  • Prepare daily sales report, cross check & submit to the management & Monthly sales report in excel.
  • Receiving purchase orders and processing all sales orders up to delivery and payment details
  • Prepare the Distributor Sales Report for Finance.
  • Coordinate with depots in charge regarding product requisition and delivery for their requirement
  • .ERP developing purpose communicate with ERP Software developer & Analysis on ERP system.
  • SKU Wise products sent to the courier service provider for smooth products distribution & smooth opearation.
  • Yearly SKU’s wise Distributor sales report.
  • Maintain the sample, Damage products & compile with the inventory sheet
  • Making the report of Active out late number (South, North, Ctg)
  • Sales Car management for product delivery (Industry, EC, MT & Depots)
  • Promotion Goods Sending for Depots & Outside Dhaka
  • Maintain all primary & secondary sales data cross check with Google spread sheet& communicate with SV/DSV.
  • Party wise deposit confirmation reconciled with sales employee and forward it to finance department for balance confirmation.
  • Processing credit approval & credit monitoring with sales team as per company policy. like as GGP, MOU sign etc.
  • Provide a market movement plan, GPS Car tracking, and other activities of the sales team.
  • New distributor recruitment procedure as per company policy & collect all business papers for smooth operation.
  • Communicate with transports or courier to ensure product re-distribution on time.
