Responsibilities & Context

• Responsible for managing overall activities to contribute to maximum business growth.
• Administering company policies and disciplines.
• Maintain & preserve hard & soft copies of all documents concerned.
• Ensure to Pay utility bills and renewing company documents on time.
• Visiting various sales point within Dhaka division, if necessary.
• Visiting various Government offices for regulatory work , if necessary·
•  Team management, supervising and controlling of all related works of entry Department.
• Sourcing and recruiting people to fill-up vacancies time to time with the help of Head Office.
• Supervise day to day activities of all staff and collect every day work feedback from all staff.
• To ensure all department are functioning regularly & smoothly.
• Organize and participate staff meeting/training.
• Responsible and maintain the total Project Operation and report to Management.
• Have best knowledge about recruitment and maintain all staff required to fulfill the production and Project Operation according to the Company rules and regulations.
• Check Hygiene environment of the total Project and also all staff.
• Safe keeping of all regulatory related documents and files.
• To perform your responsibilities impartially and honestly.
• Planning and executing warehouse manner and delivery assurance issue and Co-ordinate among Store, Commercial, Purchase & Procurement, Accounts, Production, Audit and other related Departments.
• Identify and develop potential clients and the business market.
• Capable to handle credit collection and manage the dealers, distributors & end-users.
• Ensure responsible trade-related activities report in a specific region submitted to the GM (Sales & Marketing).
• Be well informed about market developments, and competitor activities and provide feedback to management.
• Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English and also must have good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Ensuring timely product delivery to customers and product availability in Depot.
