Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field from any reputed university.
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance, Group of Companies, Bicycle, Food (Packaged), Beverage, Healthcare/Lifestyle product
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 26 years
- Strong knowledge of billing, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other billing tools/software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Good understanding of financial documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities & Context
- Receive, verify, and process all types of bills (hard copies) accurately and timely.
- Prepare various sales-related bills and ensure correctness before submission.
- Reconcile bills and update Field Force (FF) records accordingly.
- Maintain regular communication with field teams to ensure timely receipt of bills.
- Assist in preparing Field Force meeting budgets, including disbursement and adjustment processes.
- Maintain accurate billing data and documentation for internal records.
- Coordinate with the finance and sales teams for smooth billing operations.
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with relevant departments.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to billing.
- Prepare and submit regular billing and reconciliation reports to management.
