Responsibilities & Context

ASIA COATINGS (PVT) Ltd. A fully owned subsidiary of JAT Holdings PLC which is a multinational wood coating and paint company headquartered in Thalawathugoda, Sri Lanka. The company is engaged in the business of manufacturing, selling and distribution wood coatings and products related to the retail and industrial sectors. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant is located at Birulia, Savar. And we have our Corporate office located at Pragati Sarani, Kuril Dhaka. Currently we are in need of an Executive/Senior Executive- Sales Administration

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records in databases. Coordinating with inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
  • Generating sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts for management review.
  • Facilitating communication between sales teams, customers, and other departments within the organization.
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
  • Assisting in the coordination of sales meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Conducting research on market trends, competitors, and potential new markets.
  • Generate and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist sales team with preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate team member.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company system
  • Generate and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities & Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Monitor & track the movement of entire sales team.
  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, and handling mail.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed
