Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage and co-ordinate client/Customer accounts.
  • Handle customer orders, reviewing stock levels.
  • Work closely with product development team when taking over new client accounts and new products.
  • Communicating with customers about their new orders.
  • Work with internal production team to follow up the order status.
  • Work closely with accounts & commercial team to payment procedure & documents submission.
  • Monitoring outstanding payments from customers.
