Experience on target base sales give preference.
The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Marketing, Sales, Customer Support /Client Service, Marketing Research, Open Market.
Must be able to fulfill responsibilities in prefect order.
Good communication & negotiation skill and ability to work under pressure.
Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity in perfect order.

Must Be Target Oriented.
Distributor and dealer set up as required.
Daily Visit Distributors / Dealers as per route plan & solve problems.
Build a strong relationship with the existing & new Dealers and keep in touch with the retailers.
Achieve sales target and report Daily Sales target vs. achievement.
Sales promote/increase.
Ensure Secondary sales.
Ensure Cash sales.
Assist with Sales planning.
Forecast market demand and achieve sales target.
Ensure sustainable growth of own market share.
Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitor’s products, price & feature, marketing strategies, distribution policy, and promotional activities.
Ensure product availability.
Provide feedback and market information to the management from time to time through frequent market visit.
