Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify and contact potential customers for new business opportunities and hitting monthly sales targets.
  • Creating customers and convincing them to buy products (real estate/ Agro).
  • Communicate with target customers and manage customer relationships.
  • Analyse market data and provide feedback to maximize sales.
  • Network expansion across areas of concern to increase sales.
  • Maintaining and updating the customer database through the system.
  • Identify new business areas and increase sales accordingly.
  • Assign any other duties as may be decided by the Management from time to time.
  • Airline Ticketing & Reservation: Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Tickets with GDS, Product knowledge, Fare computation, Customer Service, Modifications and Processes cancellations of reservations.(for Aviation )
  • Sell Tickets and Reservations. Creating market opportunity, Market Visit, Client hunting, Meet-up the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.(for Aviation )
  • Providing visa (Visa Processing) and other necessary documents to the valuable clients.(for Aviation)
