Responsibilities & Context
- Identify the customer’s needs and expectations.
- Be on top of business trends and competitor activities.
- Accurately forecast and follow up and meet set sales targets.
- Work closely with the Sales Head and other support service departments with timely and accurate communication to optimize opportunities.
- Service and retain the business within the existing and new customer base whilst maintaining high levels of relationship.
- Regular and timely reporting on market updates.
- Accurate RM forecasting based on trends and seasons.
