Conduct outbound calls to a targeted audience to promote the hotel membership program.
Clearly explain the program’s benefits and value proposition to potential members.
Address inquiries and objections with clear and concise communication.
Secure new memberships and achieve established sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to ensure successful program promotion.
Contact potential clients to discuss their property needs.
Promote our diverse range of properties and their unique selling points.
Answer questions and address any concerns with enthusiasm and knowledge.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments with our sales team.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor on the phone.
Contribute to a dynamic and target-driven sales environment
