Responsibilities & Context
- Expertly source and develop new buyers, actively engage in order collection and shipment follow-up, and maintain effective communication with buyers.
- Develop comprehensive business plans, setting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
- Manage client accounts from initial inquiry to shipment, establishing strong relationships and providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
- Maintain continuous liaison with buyers, overseeing all marketing activities such as order processing, follow-up, and delivery planning, ensuring client satisfaction and on-time delivery.
- Proactively follow up with buyers and customers, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and commitments.
- Monitor and follow up on customer payments, ensuring timely and complete payment collection.
- Provide regular and comprehensive reports to the management, highlighting sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
