Responsibilities & Context
Must be experienced in Asian country visa processing (especially in Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia) and first-world countries visa processing.

Cooperate with all departments in providing information.
Arrange and prepare supporting documents for visa application.
Provide travel offers and general travel advice to travelers.

Manage escalations and complex cases with effective problem-solving.
Present regular reports on sales performance, metrics, and challenges.
