Setting a mind to listen to customer inquiries properly and provide prompt resolution.
Good English & Bangla Typing speed & negotiation skills are a must.
Must have the willingness to learn, vast communication, problem-solving nature & leadership skills.

Looking for chances of sale and understanding what customers need.

Proficiency in managing customers over inbound or outbound calls is mandatory.
Maintain relationships with customers via Facebook page messages and emails.
Maintain good professional relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction to the highest level.
Maintaining records and other documentation and updated daily and monthly sales reports.
Quickly solve customer complaints and pass on important issues to the right staff.
Cooperate with colleagues and ensure fast support for customers with the highest level of professionalism.
Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
