Responsibilities & Context

Meghna Pulp and Paper Mills Ltd. (MPPML) and Meghna Ballpen & Accessories Manufacturing Ltd. (MBAML) are the sister concerns of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI). MPPML and MBAML are involved in the production of tissue, paper, stationery items, Baby diaper, Baby Wipes, and Sanitary napkin. We’re actively seeking enthusiastic, skilled, and experienced individuals to join the Sales & Marketing Department. This role demands consistent visits to retailers and diligent monitoring of sales team performance to drive the achievement of sales targets.

  • Identify potential customers for Fresh Happy Nappy Pants Diaper, Fresh Anonna Sanitary Napkin, Fresh Happy Nappy Baby Wipes, Fresh Tissue, Fresh Stationeries, and ensure the database is regularly updated for effective communication.
  • Acquire new customers and retain existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Facilitate increased sales revenue alongside heightened levels of client satisfaction.
  • Support the implementation of sales promotional plans for our products to enhance both brand and product visibility.
  • Collaborate with distributor and logistics teams to ensure the availability of products.
  • Acquire product knowledge on own products and competitor’s products, prices, features and promotional activities regularly to get a better understanding of the existing market.
  • Supervise distributor performance to ensure effective stock and credit control, optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Motivate Sales Officers to achieve sales targets and evaluate their performance based on their ability or inability to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare the reports (e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target vs. achievement, etc.) and submit it to Regional Head and sales admin on a regular basis.
