Responsibilities & Context
- Follow all the rules & regulations of the Flagship Outlets.
- Ensure that, the showroom should always clean and tidy.
- Maintain always good relationships with colleagues & co-workers.
- From beginning to end, it’s mandatory to always behave nicely with the customers and maintain a cordial relationship to convert this into sales.
- Always focus on slow-moving products to ensure customer engagement for slow-moving items.
- It’s mandatory to report daily to the Sales line management with A-Z showroom updates and customer’s feedback.
- Never keep the display empty. You always need to know about monthly new and slow-moving items to keep the showroom updated.
- Always follow the monthly sales target, bring potential customers and convert them into sales for the company.
- Collaborating with senior management to develop sales strategies and plans to achieve company objectives. This involves market analysis, identifying new opportunities, and proposing innovative approaches to increase sales.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating in the development of sales budgets and forecasts, and managing resources effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
- Working closely with all of sales colleague’s & team mate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and accounts finance to align sales strategies with overall company objectives and ensure a team work approach.
- Regularly communicating sales updates, strategies, and results to senior line management and authorized in-charges, and contributing to the overall company strategy discussions for increasing potential sales.
- Any other task instructed by the Supervisor, Line Manager.
- Direct conversation with Team Superior General Manager Sales, Manager Sales & Drosophila, Swish CCO.
- Ability to maintain relationship with all of BD – Domestic outlet.
