  • Minimum experience of 2-3 years in Industrial Sales/ Retail segments.
  • Proven experience in sales, candidates from paint and paint related industry will be given preference.
  • Should possess strong written and oral communication skills in both Bangla and English.
  • Need to have proactive and confident approach to effectively promote and sell products at premium prices.
  • Ensure a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities & Context

ASIA COATINGS (PVT) Ltd. A fully owned subsidiary of JAT Holdings PLC which is a Srilanka based multinational paint company headquartered in Thalawathugoda, Sri Lanka. The company is engaged in the business of manufacturing, selling and distribution of paints, wood coatings and products related to the retail and industrial sectors. Our stake of the art manufacturing plant is located at Birulia, Savar. Currently we are in need of an Executive- Sales department (Industrial / Retail)

Job Responsibilities:

For Retails Segment:

  • Visit outlets of Lacquer & Paint (Dealer’s point & retailer’s point) at route on regular basis.
  • Maintain relationship to retain existing customers of Lacquer & Paint as well as source new market.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly or weekly financial reports
  • Collect market data about business scenarios like competitors’ sales volume, campaigns, market share, etc. and assist the section head regarding the market policy.
  • Communicate and develop strong network with Dealers & Retailers for maintaining long term business relationship.
  • Determine market requirements for existing and future products by conducting market research on a regular basis.
  • Collect order from the market and place order through proper channel.

For Industrial segment:

  • Visit industrial clients such as manufacturers, factories, and corporate customers on a regular basis to promote the product.
  • Build and maintain relationships to retain existing industrial clients and source new business opportunities in the industrial sector.
  • Research and analyze competitor sales strategies, campaigns, and market share within the industrial segment to support strategic decision-making.
  • Communicate and develop a strong network with industrial clients, contractors, and procurement teams to ensure long-term business relationships.
  • Identify industry-specific requirements for current and future products by conducting market research and client feedback.
  • Achieve pre-determined sales targets by focusing on industrial sector needs to contribute to revenue growth.
  • Coordinate and communicate with distribution and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to industrial clients.
  • Proactively identify new clients (Industrial/Retail) and opportunities to maximize revenue for the organization by introducing products and value-added services.
  • Prepare and submit reports, including Sales Reports, Sales Forecasts, Market Analysis, and Client Feedback, to the immediate supervisor regularly.
