Additional Requirements

1-2 years in Poultry feed/ Medicine marketing

Oversee poultry, cattle feed & chicks sales performance and maintain up-to-date dealer insights.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports and forecasts to the designated supervisor or sales coordinator.
Enhance dealer profiles and support strategic dealer development Identify potential market gaps and promptly communicate them to the supervisor.
Map and engage with farmers and dealers, ensuring comprehensive after-sales support for both.
Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, addressing feedback related to feed products and services.
Provide detailed feedback to the supervisor regarding current and future market conditions.
*Submit monthly performance reports on feed sales to the Head Office. Lead marketing initiatives such as SGM events, seminars with farmers, retailer meetings, and multimedia projector-based promotional activities.
Record and report on farm trials, ensuring timely submission to the supervisor for poultry-relate devaluations.
Coordinate with logistics and depot teams to ensure smooth and timely dispatch of products.
