Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Real Estate Sector.
- Good communication skill.
- Computer literacy is a must.
- Result oriented approach.
Responsibilities & Context
- Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
- Development of Plan, Designs for meeting demands and requirements of the Clients.
- Need to study competitors’ products & sales strategy to take competitive statement.
- Submit periodical report to section head for his/her better understanding regarding actual progress.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and field visits.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
- Collect and analyze market feedback to assist in business strategy development.
- Assist in digital marketing activities and brand communication.
- Strong sales closing capability.
- Knowledge about RAJUK, NHA, Registration Process and others land related departments.
