Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- North East University Bangladesh,BRAC University,East West University,University of Dhaka students will get preference
Experience

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Airline, Travel Agent, Freight forwarding, Group of Companies, Supply Chain
Additional Requirements
- Age 24 to 32 years
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support (experience in similar industry preferred).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bangla.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare and issue quotations, sales orders, and invoices as per client requirements.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and production teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate product or service information.
- Support the sales team in proposal development, tender submissions, and presentations.
- Monitor and follow up on pending payments, quotations, and order confirmations.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Assist in organizing sales events, promotional activities, and client meetings.
- Maintain effective communication with existing and potential clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by management.
