Responsibilities & Context

• Assist in developing and implementing supply chine Management’s strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Manage the full procurement & SCM lifecycle for goods and services, ensuring cost-efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
• Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, pricing, service, and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory procurement requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to assess and fulfill SCM needs.
• Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and vendor performance reviews.
• Support audits and risk assessments related to procurement operations.
• Monitoring Cost Control & Budgeting System.
• Logistics & Distribution System.
