Requirements:Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Accounts & Finance. (Experience in a conglomerate group or manufacturing/tech industry is highly preferred).
Joining Status: Must be able to join immediately upon selection.Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (BBA/MBA/M.Com).
Professional degrees (CA-CC/CMA/ACCA partially qualified) will be a big plus. Note: Running students are strictly discouraged from applying.
Professional Standards:Must maintain a highly professional, smart, and formal corporate attire (Dress-up) at all times.
Exceptional professional behavior, corporate etiquette, and absolute integrity are mandatory.
Must possess smart and excellent professional communication skills.Software Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel is highly mandatory.

Responsibilities & Context
Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and balance sheets.
Handle bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and verify all financial transactions.
Assist in tax (VAT/AIT) calculations and ensure compliance with local regulations.Coordinate with internal departments and sister concerns of Sharabangla Group for financial audits and documentation.
