Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.

Experience

Responsibilities & Context

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the real estate market.
  • Analyze market data to develop strategic business development plans.

Client Relationship Management:·

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.

Business Development:·

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.

Networking and Partnerships:·

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build connections and promote the company.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, and other real estate professionals.

Project Management:·

  • Oversee the execution of real estate projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Reporting and Documentation:·

  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and project progress.·
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
