Responsible to collect the documents from bank/forwarding office / carrier office.
Responsible to submit the shipping documents from bank/forwarding office / carrier office.
Corresponding with C&F for shipping.
Arranging BEPZA & custom clearance/permission for shipping the goods.
Responsible to arrange the vehicle for ex-factory of finished goods.
Preparing bank /buyer/supplier document for shipping.
Submitting b/l, preparing ,checking, sending & updating SAL status Maintaining export details chart.
Preparation of export entry , passes, invoices Verification of BOI Preparation of SAL (Shipping Authorization letters) Coordinate with regular buyer’s commercial divisions.
Arranging purchasing P/Os Maintaining import shipment records. Corresponding with local forwarding agent for clearance. Responsible to achieve the shipment & goods in-housed target. Maintain the quality policy & objective .
Preparing and processing import & export documentation according to BEPZA, Custom regulation, law or procedures.
Any duties & responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time, as deemed necessary.
