- Applicant Must have experience of Commercial (Export / Import) work in Garment industries/Buying house.
Responsibilities & Context
- Coordinate with Merchandising department for shipment schedule, for smooth export execution
- Proficiency in logistics management software and ERP systems.
- Prepare shipping documents and on time booking with forwarders.
- Review and check Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Country of Origin, Draft Bill of Lading and supplier contracts to send to the customers.
- To have vast knowledge of commercial activities regarding L/C / Sales contract documents preparation, banking formalities, shipping port formalities, customs regulations as well as other issues related with export/import.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
